In France, we saw these 'sails', sheets of canvas stretched out in various shapes around a square perimeter, then using a projecter, variable images were created, all very fluid.

Just seen this link in an Email, its a good start, lets hope we see more Fair Trade products coming in at good value. We all need to stop shopping on price alone and think about the bigger picture involved here.

We have been buying our Veg from a local Organic supplier, some of it is sourced from there farm or from local farms, some from europe. For the most part Im sure that a fair price is paid for this and that no Multinational is pocketing the largest slice of the profits.

Im also trying to find alternative sources of Milk, as the main dairies are ripping off british farmers, for the sake of a few pence per pint for us, we could all make a big difference to british dairy farmers.

We cant do everything, but we can all do something.
